Frequently Asked Questions – International Participants

Can international participants attend BAIC 2026?

Yes. International researchers, faculty members, students, and industry professionals are welcome to participate in BAIC 2026 as authors or non-author participants.

Is paper submission mandatory for international attendees?

No. Participation is possible both with paper submission and without paper submission. Non-author participants may attend all scientific sessions, workshops, and symposia.

What language should papers and presentations be in?

Papers may be submitted in English or Persian. For international participants, presentations in English are recommended.

Are online participation or virtual presentations available?

Some workshops and sessions may be held online. However, paper presentations are primarily planned to be conducted in person. Further details will be announced on the conference website.

Will accepted papers be indexed?

Yes. Accepted papers will be indexed in ISC and published through CIVILICA.

Does the conference provide invitation letters for visa purposes?

Upon request and after completing registration, an official invitation letter can be issued by the conference secretariat for visa application purposes.
