In order to enhance the scientific quality of the conference, promote interdisciplinary interactions, and benefit from the academic expertise of distinguished faculty members and researchers, the Secretariat of the 1st National Conference on Biomedical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, and Cognitive Science (BAIC 2026) invites qualified faculty members, researchers, and specialists to submit proposals for specialized symposia aligned with the main conference topics.
Characteristics of Accepted Symposia
Accepted symposia will be included in the official conference program and held as specialized sessions featuring invited speakers.
Each symposium must have a Symposium Chair and include at least four (4) expert speakers, preferably from different universities or research institutions.
Written consent of all invited speakers must be submitted at the time of proposal submission by the Symposium Scientific Chair.
A symposium abstract (150–200 words) and a clear statement of symposium objectives (50–100 words) are required at the time of submission.
Please note that inviting speakers and coordinating all symposium-related arrangements are the sole responsibility of the Symposium Scientific Chair.
Benefits for Symposium Chairs and Organizers
An official Certificate of Symposium Chairmanship will be issued.
The names of the symposium chair and speakers will be published in the conference booklet and on the official conference website.
A dedicated and official time slot will be allocated to the symposium within the conference program.
A valuable opportunity will be provided to develop academic and industry collaborations.
Submission Deadline and Procedure
Interested applicants are requested to submit their symposium proposals no later than January 5, 2026. The proposal must include the symposium title, abstract, objectives, list of proposed speakers, and the details of the symposium chair. Submissions should be made through the email to the conference secretariat.
Following evaluation by the Scientific Committee, the final decision regarding symposium acceptance will be communicated to the applicants.
