In order to enhance the scientific quality of the conference, empower participants, develop specialized skills, and benefit from the experience of distinguished faculty members, researchers, and industry experts, the Secretariat of the 1st National Conference on Biomedical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, and Cognitive Science (BAIC 2026) invites qualified faculty members, researchers, industry professionals, and graduate students to submit proposals for educational workshops aligned with the main conference topics.
Accepted workshops will be included in the official conference program and will be conducted in in-person and/or online formats.
Each workshop must have a designated instructor (or a team of instructors), and its content should be practical, up-to-date, and relevant to the academic and industrial needs of the participants.
At the time of submission, applicants are required to provide a workshop abstract (150–200 words), learning objectives, proposed outline/topics, and the planned duration of the workshop.
Submission of the academic résumé (CV) of the instructor(s) along with their written consent is mandatory at the time of proposal submission.
Final approval of workshops will be granted after evaluation of the scientific content and its alignment with the conference themes by the Scientific Committee.
Benefits for Workshop Organizers and Instructors
For organizers and instructors of accepted workshops, an official Certificate of Workshop Instruction will be issued by the conference secretariat. The names of instructors and the workshop title will be published in the conference booklet and on the official conference website.
Submission Deadline and Procedure
Interested applicants may submit their workshop proposals no later than February 4, 2026. The proposal should include the workshop title, abstract, objectives, instructor’s résumé, and workshop outline. Submissions must be made through the official conference website or via email to the conference secretariat.
