Paper Submission Guidelines

We would like to thank you for choosing the 1st National Conference on Biomedical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, and Cognitive Science 2026 (BAIC 2026) to submit your scientific papers and research achievements. Authors are kindly requested to carefully review the following guidelines before preparing their manuscripts. In case of any questions or ambiguities, please contact the conference secretariat.

• Submitted papers must present novel findings relevant to the conference topics. The list of conference topics is provided at the end of this document and on the official conference website. Papers that do not fall within the defined conference topics will not be considered for review.
• Papers may be submitted in either Persian or English and must not exceed four (4) pages. All submissions must strictly follow the official conference paper template available on the website. Papers not complying with the specified format will not be reviewed.
• To submit a paper, authors must register through the online submission system on the conference website and select “Registration with Paper Submission”. Author information and the manuscript file must be completed and uploaded accordingly. If any issues arise during the submission process, authors are strongly advised to contact the conference secretariat.
• Presentation of accepted papers at the conference is mandatory, either as a poster presentation or an oral presentation. Only a limited number of selected papers will be accepted for oral presentation sessions.
• In the event that any form of research misconduct or academic dishonesty is identified at any stage, the corresponding paper will be removed from the conference program and proceedings, and full responsibility will rest with the authors.
• Accepted papers will be indexed in ISC and published through CIVILICA.
