In response to requests received from researchers, the final deadline for paper submission to the First National Congress on Biomedical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, and Cognitive Science has been extended to 23:59 Iran Standard Time on Tuesday, 22 September 2026.

This is the final submission deadline. The paper submission system will close after this date and time.

Please also note that, the initial paper registration fee (review fee) will increase from IRR 2,000,000 to IRR 4,000,000.

The applicable fee will be determined by the final paper-submission timestamp and the issuance of a paper ID.

Authors are strongly encouraged to submit their papers and complete the payment process before the final deadline.
